أحزمة المقاومة المرنة | أحزمة تمارين وتمدد لليوغا والبيلاتس والكروس فيت وتمارين الجيم والمنزل

Not bad for gradually increasing the resistance, although the lowest level is very easy; the materials are still poor, but they feel like they will withstand the challenges.

Good elastic bands with different densities, comes with a storage bag. I'm satisfied.

The quality is not bad, it arrived on time.

It seems to be made of good material, comes well packaged, and arrived much earlier than expected.

They come in many sizes; the x-light band is too soft, and the x-heavy band is very hard to stretch, but it does allow for stretching.

The quality is very poor; the elastic bands break after just a couple of light workouts.

The quality is very poor; the elastic bands break after just a couple of light workouts.

For those who need an elastic band for situations like physical therapy, this is very good, I think it could be a little bigger.

They look to be of good quality, just need to test them.

Excellent in terms of delivery time, service, and material; the only detail is that the cellophane is slightly attached to the garter, and when you open it, the print lifts up. I ordered the blue color and I love the shade.
